Rates and Polices
Rates
- Peak Season (Oct 1 - Apr 30) - $225/night ($1400/week)
- Low Season (May 1 - Sep 31) - $150/night ($1000/week)
Deposits
A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your reservation. Upon check-in, this $500 will be used as a security deposit and will be returned after check-out if the conditions were all met (no damage, etc).
Reservations
Please contact me at AZvillas@hotmail.com or use the reservation form here to reserve your days. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 50 days in advance will result in a full refund. Cancellations with less than 50 days notice will result in the loss of half of the deposit. If I can rent the condo out during your canceled dates, I will issue a full refund (minus an admin fee of $50). Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will result in full loss of the deposit.
Check In/Check Out
Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Early check in and late check out may be available, just ask me. I will always accommodate if I can.
Other Information
- No smoking and no pets please
- An additional cleaning fee of $125 (USD) will be added to the price. For stays of longer than two weeks, additional cleaning can be arranged
